Returns

Before being published for sale online, each item is subject to scrupulous checks by a team of experts to guarantee it meets our high quality standards.

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date.

EUROPEAN UNION:

Returns or change sizes are free . To request a return authorization number, sign into your account on the website and select the items to return. You will receive an email from District75 with instructions for the return shipment.

Pick-ups for all authorized returns must originate from the same address of the original shipment

  • The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by District75
  • If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the client’s responsibility.
  • IMPORTANT: Returns must be packaged in district75 box.
  • Each order has to right to “ one free label return or change size
  • *Refunds will be made through the same payment which purchase has been made

In case of an unjustified refusal of the package upon delivery (or unpaid customs duties for the UK, Switzerland, Canada, Japan and the USA), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the return of the goods. These costs will be deducted from the order refund. This provision does not apply if the customer exercises the right of withdrawal according to the terms provided by law.

  • 1. Unconditional returns and size changes are the responsibility of the customer who will have to use his courier and take charge of any customs duties.

In case Article 1 is not complied with, district75 may deliberately reject the acceptance of the box.
