Returns / District75

Before being published for sale online, each item is subject to scrupulous checks by a team of experts to guarantee it meets our high quality standards.

• If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date.
  The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.

• To request a return authorization number, sign into your account on the website and select the items to return. You will receive an email from District75 with instructions for the return shipment.
  Pick-ups for all authorized returns must originate from the same address of the original shipment.

• The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by District75

• If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the client’s responsibility.

• IMPORTANT: Returns must be packaged in the Xagon Man Shop box.

• *Refunds will be made through the same payment which purchase has been made.
